All homes are built green and healthy with maximum light, minimal uses of land, maximum energy efficiency, minimal heating bills, privacy inside and community right out the front door. Some homes have radiant floor heat and solar hot water, and some use energy-efficient ductless heat pumps.  We are proud of the solar voltaic panels on several of the newer buildings. 

On the property there are woods and a ravine, a large shared garden, and  common house with guest room, kitchen, dining/gathering space, laundry, and kids play area.  Each home has a great room, full kitchen that faces the Common Green, washer and dryer hook-up, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and storage space.  Parking is clustered near the road with walkways and plantings to the homes.
