Our Membership
Policy
We have learned from other cohousing and intentional communities that a strong membership policy and screening process is critical to attracting members who will be a good fit in the community. Living in community is a rich experience but can be challenging at times. We are looking for persons willing to work though difficulties by honestly communicating and responsibly developing solutions that benefit both the individuals and the community.
Our policy is designed to give both newcomers and existing members time to get to know each other. It is important that we both have time to evaluate if this is a “good fit”.
